All of our service plans support both physical SIM cards and eSIM technology. If you prefer a physical SIM card, it can be made available upon request. Fees may apply.
Billing Cycle: Charges and inclusions are calculated from the 28th to the 27th of each month. Invoicing will be between from the 1st to the 10th of each month, depending on activation date. All services require a debit / credit card for automatic processing.
Plan Activation: Charges are prorated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.
Bolt-Ons: Automatic 2GB bolt-ons are activated for all new subscriptions.
Plan Upgrade/Downgrade: New plan rates take effect immediately unless modifications are made on the 27th of the month.
Plan Disconnection: No credits will be issued for any remaining days within the billing cycle.
Data Banking: Unused data may be banked up to a maximum of 500GB on eligible plans.
Downgrading will result in the forfeiture of any banked data.
Suspended services will retain banked data but will not accumulate additional data.
Transitioning to a non-data banking plan will lead to the loss of banked data.
Porting out or terminating a service will reset data to zero.
Domestic Use Only: These mobile broadband plans are exclusively available within Australia.
5G Data Only 400GB Plan: Data banking and automatic top-up options are not available.
